I did post but I was waiting for the 2021 R2 version to be installed. I designed a cube and input a force with a fixed support on the bottom of the cube. It is showing the same error as before.
Here are the pictures of what I found for this simple simulation:
Regarding the solution information, there is no text there, here is the image:
