Hi, Without your file screen shots about some setting parameters, it is hard to tell. But, I guess if the script works without problem, the result seems ok, except for some parameter errors.
To confirm, you can do one or two simulations manually and see if there is E fields at large x, with normal incidence and one angle, say 44deg.
You can also use stackrt and stackfield to analytically get the results: stackrt - Script command stackfield - Script command
