You will need to create coordinate systems at each Z location and then Insert Construction Geometry (Surface) in the Model cell based on each coordinate system. The coordinate system Z axis should be aligned with global Z in the example above. Then a Directional Deformation (Y) can be scoped to each Surface and the details will display the average Y displacement.
