Hello Run Start->All Programs->ANSYS 2021 R1-> ANSYS Client Licensing Setting 2021 R1
Click on Flexnet Publisher in the upper left.
Change "Server 1" to 127.0.0.1
Click on "save" in the Lower right.
Click on Test on the Right of the line.
Green Checkmark? If so, try to run "Flexnet Publisher License Status"
It should show licenses.
Try to run.
