How do I solve negative cell volume mesh problem in my FSI simulation?

I'm doing an FSI simulation on a breast pump . I'm getting a negative cell volume mesh in the fluid domain. I've tried shrinking the fluid domain mesh and decreasing the time step size in the fluid simulation, but the error is still present.
What's the best approach to resolving this?

I read your question correctly and I told it to my elder brother because they have knowledge about FSI simulation soon as I get the best answer, I will tell you here /forum/discussion/39840/how-do-i-solve-negative-cell-volume-10eloto

      Hello,

How did you set up your moving and deforming meshing? Also, is this a completely unstructured mesh? Please share some screenshots so we can understand.

      Thank you!

Thanks, I replied in my other comments. Any general tips for my approach?

Its an unstructured mesh. Here are some screencaps using the solid domain , fluid domain and dynamic mesh
