SubscriberHello,
I'm working on a radial turbine noise. I would like to know if the predefined macro for turbomachinery in CFD post takes into account the noise in the stator to calculate the OverAll power leverl or it only calculates the noise level on the rotor blades.
Thank you

Ansys EmployeePlease refer to "13.6.3.7. Fan Noise Macro" in the CFD-Post User's Guide. The Fan Noise macro is intended for noise prediction in low speed open axial fans. The macro can be applied to a particular rotor blade row in a multi-stage machine but can't be applied to stator blade rows.
