Improve surface mesh issue in water tight geometry meshing

The surface mesh quality criteria of 0.90 was not reached after : 0.03 minutes. Areas of bad quality cells has been marked. The final maximum surface skewness is 1.00e+00.

Error: The surface mesh quality is 1 which would lead to a failed volume mesh. Either an un-suitable min size was used or the model contains very sharp trailing edges. In the latter case, it is recommended to add a small chamfer at these edges in the CAD

      Error Object: #f

The above error is what I m getting when I improve my surface mesh.

Is there anything I can do in fluent meshing to overcome this error since the bad quality cells have been marked.

Or do I have to do the entire geometry again in spaceclaim and start from the initial stage.

      Thank you in advance.

Sometimes if geometry has errors, Fluent Meshing fails to generate good surface mesh.
      Please check geometry in SpaceClaim.
Select geometry in structure tree --> Use right click --> Select Check Geometry. (Or Tools - Fault Detection in DM)
The geometry should be error free to proceed.
If geometry has any errors, please modify/recreate geometry at those places.
If this is ok, then please check sizing. Sizing plays important role in getting good surface mesh. Please make sure that you have sufficient refinement to capture small features.

Thank you so much for your help.
I have checked my geometry. It is error free.
So I guess I have to vary the sizing and see.
