一、根据此案例仿真的结果如下图所示:(这里我是把弯曲半径改为了2um,方便后续加大计算域)(此时仿真域为2um×2um)

Ansys Employee-5次方量级就是很小的误差可以忽略。 “很小的负数”大概是什么范围呢:你可以看看折射率实部的变化范围。在你改变仿真区域的时候,网格尺寸没有跟着变吧?你设置指定的网格尺寸试一下看看。 loss显示为-7.6091dB/cm,这个值是代表计算误差,也代表计算域有问题。因为PML本身带来一定的不确定性,前面已经说过,负的损耗一般代表这两个问题,具体是哪种问题,很难一句话说清楚,你需要测试。没有必要追求dB/cm的精度,看折射率的实部和虚部变化吧,一般在-5量级精度就差不多了。-4量级也是可以接受的。你要固定网格尺寸测试,否则妹子改变区域网格都不一样,就分不清是什么问题。Viewing 3 reply threads- The topic ‘请问在用FDE仿真脊型波导时计算域应该如何准确设置’ is closed to new replies.
