When I try to use Ansys Workbench 2022 R1, it'll bring up the loading screen and load as normal. However, once that is complete I can't actually get into the program. The logo is in the taskbar and in task manager it is running. When I try to click the program in the taskbar, white squares briefly appear in the bottom left of the screen.

I have tried reinstalling my graphics card drivers, reinstalling Ansys itself, and disabling my anti virus software as suggested by other forum posts.

Would be most grateful for a fix!!

Can you check if it's trying to launch on a second screen that isn't there. There's a right-click/shift-click command in Win10 that'll force it to open on the "primary" screen.

Hi Rob Thank you for your response, in the end I tried renaming the ansys file and that seemed to sort it out.

That's not normal unless you had some odd characters in the path/filename?
