Hello,

I am trying to run a project in ANSYS2022 R1 and Workbench does not open properly. The program initializes and then as soon as it is finished loading, the Workbench disappears. It is still in the task bar but if I click on it nothing happens. I tried to uninstall and re install and still nothing.

Do you have any idea of what the error can be? I tried one method of changing the name of the folders on %APPDATA%Ansys, but still nothing.

Do you have any idea of what other options I can try?

What happens if, after you start it up and see it in the task bar, you hold down the shift key,
right click on the Worbench menu on the Task bar and choose "Maximise"

Hey there, I tried again with %APPDATA%\Ansys renaming it as %APPDATA%\Ansys_old and it worked!

I, too, am experiencing a similar issue with Workbench 2021. It disappears soon after initializing. It seems to disappear from the Task Manager as well. Any ideas on how to fix this?
