CFD Post “results reader couldn’t be initialised”

  Hello,
  I have seen this question posted before here and here with no effective solution. I have exactly the same error when I try to open my results file:
  ERROR
  Error reading file '//filestore/.../results.cdat.dat.h5':
  The results reader couldn't be initialized.
  
  I am raising this issue again with the hope of finding a solution. Any help or direction would be greatly appreciated ?

  Please check if you have any spaces or special characters in file or folder name. Please remove then.
  Reduce the file path to say D:/name/filename
  Make sure all related files in the same folder.
