Hi,

I have finished simulating with Maxwell and got some really beautiful colormaps. Because I want to compare the results with an algorithm to each other, i need the color maps with the same dimensions.

Is there a way to directly export the field overlay in Maxwell? I havent found such an option.

yes you can export the field result on a defined grid in field calculator.
Select Input: quantity->(for example, B)
Output: Export -> Calculate grid points-> (define the grid)
OK
And it will create a file contains all the field data in that defined grid.
