Error: Body contains non-manifold vertex. Pls help me solve this.

I've drawn this using catia which comprises of helical and circumferential rib pattern. I've imported that .igs format file in ansys and I have errors while modelling. So I went on to check the geometry I found these errors. Team, please help me through this.

I couldnt see the images, but the non-manifold body is the body having zero thickness region somewhere. It could be due to share topology or slicing or the model is designed such way. Ansys cannot handle zero thickness in the bodies

I suggest exporting Parasolid (or STEP) file format, not IGES, from Catia.
I suggest you export three files: 1. Cylindrical Ribs, 2. Helical Ribs, 3. End Plates. That may provide the ability to edit each surface in SpaceClaim.
There are two patterns: a linear pattern of cylindrical ribs and a circular pattern of helical ribs. Bring in one rib only and write down the spacing along the axis. Bring in one helix only and write down the angular rotation to recreate the pattern. That way you only have two surface to manipulate. Once those are fixed, you can recreate the two patterns.
