      How to find the total runtime of the different modules in Lumerical? Is it possible to generate a report through software?

      The simulation runtime will depend on the simulation itself and the machine running the simulation. This would vary per simulation per machine. After running the simulation, the "simulation_p0.log" file will contain the simulation job/run information. You can get the optimum resource configuration for FDTD for your machine as shown in this post.
