老师您好,按照官网的例程,仿真光栅耦合器的2D耦合效率优化时TM模的品质因数为0.53左右,我把port的模式从TM改为TE后发现品质因数只有0.0099,请问这是为什么?模式改变后需要调整什么参数吗?之后在改回TM模后优化品质因数结果显示为0.99,请问是哪里出错了?

没有什么改变。请介绍你的Optimization里面优化的是什么?怎么计算品质因子的?February 25, 2022 at 6:09 amFebruary 25, 2022 at 5:26 pmGuilin SunAnsys Employee这是因为最初的结构是为了TM来优化的,当然通过合适的优化,可以实现TM、TE高透射率的结构,这需要你首先控制好光源和输出端的模式偏振情况。你先查看一下偏振情况。可能需要更多次的优化。
February 22, 2023 at 3:37 amzz TTSubscriber请问您这个问题解决了吗?我也遇到了一样的问题,在原案例上只是将port换为TE模式,耦合效率只有0.01,之后不断扩大扫描范围,但耦合效率依旧很低。请问将Port换为TE模式后,还有什么设置需要一同改变吗
