Is Ansys compatible with integrated graphics?

      Recently I've been meaning to purchase a new processor since my current processor is an Intel Core i3 3220 is not doing that well with Ansys simulation (it is too slow). I specifically want to purchase a Ryzen 5 5600g (which would lead me to change my DH61CR motherboard with 16 gb DDR3 RAM to a B550m with 64 gb DDR4 RAM).

      This processor has integrated graphics, and, at first sight, I thought this was a great thing for simulation in ANSYS since my current GPU is an NVIDIA GT710, and I thought that a modern CPU with integrated GPU would be better with Ansys.

      However, yesterday I found out that Ansys is only compatible with some brands of graphic cards, like NVIDIA Quadro or NVIDIA Tesla, so that makes me wonder, would Ansys be compatible with the integrated graphics of a Ryzen 5 5600g? I currently do not have the budget to also buy a decent Quadro graphics card (since I plan on buying a processor, a motherboard, and new RAMs), so, I mean to ask.

      1) Is Ansys compatible with the integrated graphics of a Ryzen 5 5600g?

      2) If not, what processor would you recommend me to buy (that is around the same budget of a Ryzen 5 5600g) in order to run simulations in a fast way without a graphics card?

      3) If Ansys does is compatible with integrated graphics, is there a better option (that is around the same budget) than a Ryzen 5 5600g?

      The link above is to the tested graphics cards. Ansys is guaranteed to work on one of those.
      Most NVIDIA cards will work with Ansys, but they have not been tested and so are not guaranteed.
      The same GPU chips are in professional level graphics cards as the lower cost gaming cards. The difference is the quality of the driver in providing an Open GL API that works with Ansys. The professional cards such as Quadro have invested in delivering high compatibility with Ansys and other CAD programs, while the gaming cards invest in delivering high compatibility with games.
      I have run Ansys on an integrated graphics card, but the dynamic rotation was done in software and not on a hardware chip so was slow and jerky for large models. I don't know about the specific chips you are asking about.
      You could purchase a used graphics adapter on ebay.com because people upgrade those faster than the computer so there are plenty of used cards for sale and the cost will be less than half of a new one.
