A prism control was detected outside of workflow, it is not recommended.

How manage such warning?

Which tool you are using?

If it is Fluent Meshing, then there could be prism controls you have defined outside watertight workflow.
If possible start from scratch in new session by importing geometry.

Dear keyur

We are having some doubts between workflow of Fault tolerant meshing in Ansys fluent software.
As we have license of 2019 R2 Software, and I saw that 2020 version software, have some more improvement in Fault tolerant meshing especially under "Boundary layer" tab
We are currently using it for our calculation, and I don't see these same tools in our 2019 R2 version.

I am attaching snapshotof 2019 R2 & 2020 Ansys Fluent , Fault tolerant meshing workflows, please look the differences in both versions under Boundary layer tab.

ok i am re uploading the photos, we dont have latest version,we are paying for 2019 R2
first photo is of 2019 R2 and second one from 2020,i dont see, in 2019 version under boundary layer tab, options like
-Add in
-Post improvement method
-Grown as

These above options are very important in case of external fow, which i am doing...Can you tell if these options are not in 2019 R2?

Please use latest version 2022R1 which has many more enhancements done for workflow.
2019R2 is very old build.

I recreate from zero everything, but still it gives same warning.
Can you tell what's reason?

Go to Outline view and right click on Model and delete any size and prism control if any.
Request you to get latest version. That old version is not supported anymore.
