In the design modeler, the graphic is not visible. The graphic section is completely blank and also sketching toolboxes are not visible.

I tried but it is not working. I cleaned app data then also issue not got resolved. Please suggest some other solution.

Please take care of the following 2 points:
Make sure you have a valid license.
Use Recommended hardware (Mentioned below)

Minimum hardware requirements (Download Ansys Student | Workbench-based Simulation Tools)-
Processor(s): Workstation class
4 GB RAM
25 GB hard drive space
The computer must have a physical C:/ÔÇØ drive present
Graphics card and driver: Professional workstation-class 3-D
OpenGL-capable

I checked the requirements. I have all the mentioned specifications.

Try resetting the layout. refer this - How to restore View in Design Modeller ÔÇö Ansys Learning Forum
Note- The "Reset Layout" is not available when the BladeEditor toolbar is active. User can disable BladeEditor from DM > Tools > Addins if he does not want to use it.
If that doesn't work, try re-installing with a valid license.

Can you open mechanical and spaceclaim? Are you getting issue with DM only?
Can you check if you are getting any warning or error when you are opening DM and share that warning. So that it will be easy to find the issue.
Also, try updating your graphics card driver.
