SubscriberHello,
I have a 3D domain and I wish to use export solution option to get the nodal values of a specific domain (every X time steps).
In 2D I can accomplish it using the Iso-Clip option, then creating a new surface by clipping a range of coordinates from the mesh values of fluid domain (attached image).
I found it isn't possible to clip a 3d domain by mesh coordinates to create an 'iso-volume'.

Forum ModeratorThere isn't an iso-volume function in Fluent. Check if adaption registers can be used to export in the format you're trying.
