SubscriberI want to rename things in my tree to something simpler to make them easier to find. For example, change the name of a Plane called "Plane 1" to something different. I've tried making a copy, but I also don't know how to move that new copy into the sub-folder I want it in.

Ansys EmployeeHi nicko627 Unfortunately, you cannot change the name once it has been created. What you can do is, create a duplicate and name it accordingly. Then you can delete the original copy if you like. Can you clarify what you mean by moving a copy into a sub-folder?

SubscriberThat was what I figured out; I was just hoping there was a more straightforward method.
For the sub-folder thing, I was referring to local objects for figures. Having a separate copy of a streamline or other object for a figure would be useful, but the names that CFD-Post gives to objects when it copies them are not easy to work with. I realized that you have to edit the Figure in the Command Editor and add the name of the object to the "Local Object List".
