How to Fix this Error in Nonlinear Buckling

I'm trying to run a nonlinear buckling analysis to a cylindrical shell. However, it could not be solved and always showed some errors. I wonder what this error mean and how to fix that?

      Hey !
You can mitigate the "Excessive Thickness Change" error by forcing the solver to take smaller steps so the change is not excessive.
Under Analysis Setting, turn the "Auto Time Stepping" option On, set the Initial and Minimum Substeps to 100 (or 10 times bigger than the current minimum) and Maximum to 10000.
      Thanks!

I've changed the substeps but a new problem appeared.
I want to see the post-buckling performance of the cylindrical shell, but the program was always terminated at 747.5s (End time is 1000s). I used shell element and the rigid remote points to fix the top and bottom surfaces. A downward remote force was applied at the top as a compression. I wonder how to know when the buckling happens?
      Thanks Guodong
