Though, I have checked all the mentioned discussions, and none of them are related to my problem. The issue still persists.

I know the discussions are not very specific to your error but, it is related to the general "Framework Error Caught" message.
These errors are usually caused by misconfigured system files and whenever you receive the "Framework Error Caught" message there is a very high possibility that your computer has registry problems.
So, could you please try the suggestions mentioned in the links shared. Also, do let us know if the problem still persists.

I even took care of registries and still the same error pops up everytime.
