      我的整个结构是无限周期，但单个周期结构是非对称结构，这种情况下可以用周期边界条件吗？

      可以啊，单个周期结构（单元结构，Unit Cell） 是否对称，不影响使用周期边界条件，只是因为没有对称性不能使用对称性边界条件而已。没有问题的，参见
