I'm running an open channel flow simulation in Ansys Fluent and my idea is to try different combinations of inlet and outlet boundaries conditions. However, when I try the combinations
inlet: mass-flow-inlet --- outlet: outflow
inlet: pressure-inlet --- outlet: outflow
The program shows an error message at the second interaction:

Forum ModeratorDon't use outflow bc in this case, it's not got any setting to hold the water in the domain so chances are the failure is down to the zone trying to empty very quickly.
