首先,我再计算金属吸收损耗时,在x方向上采用不同的边界条件metal/pml,得到的模场分布图不相同。

Ansys EmployeeC 与AB不同是正常的,因为结构不同。AB是假设金属部分为无限宽,C为有限,其边缘有很强的场满足物理原理。 A与B相同结构不同结果的原因是,使用Metal边界相当于把这个结构放进理想金属的盒子里,但是原来模式延申的场被金属边界反射回来了。 正确的方法是用C结构,A的边界条件,即PML。November 24, 2021 at 3:33 amGuilin Sun

Ansys Employee是驻波。说明金属端部的场衰减较慢。与FDTD一样,PML不能将场截断,否则就有这种现象。

Subscriber谢谢您的回复。另外,我想请问,一般这种带金属的仿真,在厚度方向上,网格尺寸一般需要多少呢?需要将趋肤深度内的网格尺寸远远小于趋肤深度吗.(我记得您之前回答过类似的问题,但是找不到之前的帖子了)

Ansys Employee对于FDTD是对的, FDE倒是没有严格要求。 2的情况很明显模式被截断了。应该让模式场再边界上几何为零。因此需要加大横向尺寸,固定网格大小。November 8, 2023 at 11:21 amZhiwei Zheng
