How to show more arrow in the vector plot option

In the example, circular polarization and phase convention, how can I edit the settings for more or fewer arrows in the plot, just like the following picture?
It is here by editing the figure:
You can change Ny and Nz for monitors in xy plane, and perhaps the vector scale factor.
