      Hello Guys.

I want to simulate slab failure, I have flowing dat added

While I have not validated your model or setup, I can make the recommendation for general nonlinear material models and the convergence. In this course Structural Nonlinearity | Ansys Innovation Courses we have some great simulation examples/homework problems that might help.
What you wish to make sure is that your time stepping is set to auto, and you have a set initial, min, max of the substep or timestep so the solver can change the time step adequately. I would suggest you suppress you command object that introduce the material, and try without it. Then add it back in. If the failure is sudden, you may need very small time steps (large substeps)
Also be careful what units you are specifying the material data in and if those match the units in the project so the units are consistent.
      Best of luck.
      Regards Sean

      Thank you For your suggestion
I have looked to the courses you have provided, and the solution you give me, yet it did not worked!
is there any other way to solve the first two errors?

      Ok.
It seems like from the messages you get substeps converging. Can you share a snapshot from the Solution Information Force convergence plot please. If you look at the results up to the point of non-convergence, do they look plausible and the material is behaving as intended up to that point. Are there any warning or error messages in the solution information, solver output that indicates other issues?
      Regards Sean
