Workbench crashes when starting up

When launching workbench, the startup screen launches and shows "Initializing Licenses..." at the bottom of the screen. the program then proceeds to crash and close. I have already checked in the ansLIC utility that we are connected to the licensing server, and workbench works on other computers connected to the same licensing server. We are not using the academic version, and we are on version 2020r2. I can provide additional information if it is needed.
