Hello.
I am kintu Anthony.
I am currently working on a thermal comfort analysis project for an office room in south korea.
I installed the thermal confort extension (V1) in Ansys 2020R1 following the guidelines.
Also, i have run the solution in fluent but when i try to execute the thermal comfort wizard, it Shows an error message "unbale to covert units() to m"
I would like some technical advise to successfully visiaulize PPM and PPD contours.
