2021R2 installation issue

  Hello. My name is M├írcio. I installed Ansys Workbench 2021 R2 student version and I can't run it.
  I can run Space Claim 2021 R2, but the Workbench and Mechanical 2021 R2 won't boot. Can anybody help me? I already uninstalled and installed again and the problem remains.
