I would like to know how to insert the transistor shown in the Ansys EDT (Circuit Design) example located in:
File > Open Examples > Circuits > Low Noise Amplifier >LNA_SmithTool.aedt
which is shown in the following figure:

SubscriberHi All I need to know is how I can insert in Ansys EDT (Circuit Design) the transistor shown in the image or a similar one to which I can load the S parameters in .s2p format. The transistor in the image is used in the example located in:
File > Open Examples > Circuits > Circuits > Low Noise Amplifier >LNA_SmithTool.aedt
This is because I cannot find this transistor or a similar one in the "Component Libraries" of Ansys EDT (Circuit Design).
The "Nport" component available in Ansys EDT is not suitable for me, since I need to have the 3 terminals of the transistor: base, emitter and collector, to connect different components on each terminal in the design of an oscillator.
