I was watching a youtube video about rigid body dynamics. He skipped the part where he could add stresses in rigid body dynamics.
The solution showed extra "expansion settings " after the skipped part. When asked he said he did it with the help of a condenser.
Could you please guide me or show me show paper on how could I include stresses in rigid body dynamics.

Could you explaind with another example like this please?
