What is the procedure for exporting .iges file from Design modeler and importing .iges file in APDL?

Hi all.
I exported geometry file from design modeler in .iges format with units in 'mm' and imported .iges file in APDL. But after importing in APDL the units are in 'm' instead of being in 'mm'.
Can anyone help me about the procedure for exporting .iges file from Design modeler and importing .iges file in APDL so that the geometry will have same units (preferrable in 'mm') in APDL like the .iges file in Design modeler?

APDL is unitless it does not differentiate between the two units.

Now in case your model is created in DM, let's assume 1 mm^3 length block, is coming as 0.001 in APDL (notice I am not using any units here), and you want it to be 1 in APDL, simply scale your model in DM by 1000 and then export and then import the file in APDL.
If you are not ok with scaling your model, take it to Mechanical Model, mesh it there and then export the input file from there in required units:
