How to extract points (to draw graph in Excel) from Fluent- .out file

Hello all, I have written a .out file between heat flux and flow time. But when I open it, it seems so confusing and hard to track the data and often seems very hard to enter data manually (or copy-paste them on excel). What is the best way to get the corresponding graph?. I am attaching the .out file for your reference. This file was written with 4 time step intervals.

      Thank you.

The out file is text format and (usually) reads into Excel as space delimited. As staff are not permitted to open or download attachments I can't see what you've got.

Sir, I am seeing the data like clusters and I cannot able to understand them. I am attaching the image of how the above file looks in my notepad. Can I open it in excel as such or do I need to do anything.

Notepad tends to wrap text. Open in Excel as a text file and use space & tab delimited options.
