“The mesh generation did not complete due to poor quality elements or incorrect input” error

Hi all,
I am having problems with meshing my geometry. Whatever I do, I keep getting the following error: "The mesh generation did not complete due to poor quality elements or incorrect input". The geometry looks fine and I have compared the input values for my mesh with several other students. On their laptops everything works completely fine... I went over a lot of forums already, but unfortunately with no success. I have reinstalled ANSYS a couple of times now, so I do not think it is a installation problem. Any chance another 3D program like Autodesk Inventor, Autodesk Nastran or Siemens NX is causing this problem? I have not checked that yet, as I also need those programs...
In the attached figures you will find my mesh inputs, geometry and the error. Also, I inserted the tutorial.
