Hi, I am doing the EM simulation on RF circuit within 3D topology. However, it keeps constructing mesh before the convergence, which usually takes more than an hour (really the frequency sweep only takes around 15 mins). I have checked some possible reasons, like complex topology, too small edge... I have united more than 90% of the component based on the type of material and simplified the topology as much as I can.

Could anyone with similar experience can share some ideas with me??

Are you referring to "adaptive passes of meshing" for convergence?
