SubscriberHi,
For a geometry with two fluid zones divided by a solid wall of certain thickness, Ansys created 2 wall zones, two shadow zones and a wall interior and couples each pair of wall-wall shadow with couples boundary conditions. I wanted to know what type of boundary conditions for thermal heat transfer are being applied for such a case.
Thanks in advance.

Forum ModeratorIt applies the normal heat transfer for a wall:fluid boundary on each side. Read up on coupled walls in the User's Guide and Theory manual for more information.
