Hi, I have ansys 2021 R2 and when I import geometry I did with my CAD I can't see the division line I did.

I shared the same CAD to a colleague, so he use my same ansys lic. and he can see the division line.

I had the same problem with other ansys version. At the beginning I had the 2020 (don't remember what version) and 2021 R1. Then I reset my laptop back to windows original set up (so all the programs there were were cleaned up) and then I installed ansys 2021 R2, but the problem still reamain.

Is that happen to any other?

Did your colleague read the same CAD file or your Workbench session?
The most likely cause is that your graphics card or drivers are the problem. Alternatively the way you import the geometry is to blame as an automatic function is merging/uniting something.

I sent my CAD to my colleague, so he reads my same CAD.
Do you any idea on how to check if I have some automatic function on?

with the previous version I had, there were also the glitch on the material drop-down menu. I don't have this error anymore after I reset my laptop and installed ansys 2021 r2

I checked the graphic set up. On my laptop I have two graphic card. The default one wasn't the pro one. I changed to the top one. But the problem still remain.
