SubscriberHello I'm trying to model laminated glass, using shell elements. I was thinking of using a layered shell Glass-PVB-Glass, but I want to capture the deformation of the shell section, that deforms like:

shell elements will not capture this effect - you would need to model the layers (glass and glue) explicitly using 3D elements (e.g., solid185).
