ANSYS 2020 R1 download?

  My university currently uses ANSYS 2020 R1, and I've been told that to send files for coursework I need the matching version, however the only 2020 version I can find in the student releases is 2020 R2. Will files from 2020 R2 be compatible with 2020 R1, or is there a download link for 2020 R1 that I missed? Thanks!

  We only support current and 2 previous versions, so 2020R2 is the oldest Student build. Some files will open on the older version, but not all, and it's not always reliable as new features are added. I'd suggest reminding the University that they're now using an old version and updating to 2021R2 would be a better idea.
