How to model shape memory alloy?

  I am an undergraduate student working on shape memory alloy But I am also confused in using shape memory effect , if possible can you please please guide me tips/guidance/reference on adding shape memory effect. What are all the boundary condition need to be given (fixed support , load and temperature enough?) ? .Where can i get shape memory effect properties of NiTinol ?
