I am defining a material in ANSYS Workbench using a command snippet.
The below figures show the table of temperature-dependent Young's Modulus and corresponding commands.

Please issue the below command on top of your material definition to clear the earlier EX definition due to the default material assignment.
MPDELE,EX,1
Also, if you are using Workbench, please consider using Engineering Data, to input temperature dependent material properties. We don't need to use APDL command objects in Mechanical for this part.
