SubscriberHello everyone,
I am trying to understand the different unit settings one can make during the setup of a Polyflow Analysis system in Polydata.
Although i have set the geometry and meshing to the metric unit mm, in Polydata it gives the mesh information in meters.
In the tutorial for blowmolding simulations from Ansys on youtube it is said that the input units are set at the end under the menu "outputs" under "Set units for CFD-Post,Ansys Mapper or Iges" . But when you open this menu a note is given saying that "It will not affect any data entered in this Polydata session". So where do i set the parameters then ?
Can this be the issue for my mold and parison being extremly far away from each other in the Results ?
Thanks a lot !

Subscriberthe units are definitley not in mm/g/s. In the results i can see that the mold is moving too fast in the wrong direction and all the dimensions are passed along to the post processor by a factor of 1e-3. By now i can play around to find out what dimensions are used in Polydata (m/?/?) but it would still be nice if someone can describe it to me how to make polydata to use mm/g/s.
