SubscriberWe have recently installed new license and it is working fine for the most part. However, we are aving problems with the SolidWorks plug-in that allows us to transfer geometry from SolidWorks into ANSYS. It appears that the license for this plug-in is not on the new ANSYS license manager. Could you help us fix this issue please?

Ansys EmployeeHello,
As Ansys employees, we will not be able to download any files. Can you please insert an image instead? May I know which version you are using? Did you configure the CAD for solidworks? If not, go to the Ansys folder from the start menu -> Ansys CAD configuration manager (make sure you open it with Admin rights) and configure Solidworks.
