I am simulating packed bed of particles, when I do mesh I receives these errors:

• One or more entities failed to mesh. The mesh of the bodies containing these entities may not be up-to-date. However, meshing might be successful on the other entities.
• One or more surfaces cannot be meshed with acceptable quality. Try using a different element size or virtual topology.
• A mesh could not be generated using the current meshing options and settings

I have changed the sitting many times but still I get these error. " the green faces that what are made the error"

How can solve these error?

Can you please try zooming into the highlighted regions and check if there are some sliver faces? If ye then try to merge such faces with the adjacent faces and then try to mesh again.

I have checked the regions but there is no sliver faces and when I make a sketch it showing me these faces did not meshed.

I think there this could be related to very thin region between the particles. The Mesher wont be able to mesh the region which has almost zero thickness. Please check if there is such region and try increase the gap between particles in that region or edit the geometry and remove the small thickness portion using geometry editing tools.

Thanks,I got these error after shrinking the particles by 2.5 percent to remove contact regions, but I get the same errors no matter what parameters I alter.
