SubscriberWhen starting the meshing application (even with old meshes I have already meshed), I get a series of error messages, including "Failed determining temp directory location!" and error code 80004005. The issue is only with the meshing application, as I can still open setup, solution, and results for CFX with pre-generated meshes.
There are two solutions I have seen online:
- Create an ansysdata folder for your work and make sure that your file and username are alphanumeric
- Go to the %appdata% location in file explorer, open the Ansys folder, rename "v211", and restart the workbench
Neither of these two solutions has worked for me. Does anyone have any other possible solutions?

Ansys EmployeeHello,
In WB, please go to Tools and determine the temp location. If need be, you can change it and it will take affect when you restart WB.
