I am using ANSYS Workbench 19.2. When I open the finite element analysis by double clicking on the ‘Model’ cell in the ‘Static Structural’ menu, and try to open the ‘Mechanical’ window I always get an error message as follows: "AnsysWBU.exe encountered a problem. A diagnostic file has been written: C:UsersusernameAppDataLocalTempAnsysWBDumpfile.dmp".
I have uninstalled and then reinstalled on a completely different desktop and still keep getting the same error. Can someone please help, urgently? Thank you.
