Hi, im beginner in using ANSYS. Please help me to solve the error. I tried very simple beam and it's always error.

Thank you for replying to my question. Im really sorry i couldn't reply right away because i didn't quite familiar about how this site works, that's why i didn't notice your reply.

Click on the Solution Information folder in the Outline. The main window will display the Solver Output. Scroll through that text or use the Ctrl-F keys to search for the word ERROR. Read what it says. You can copy/paste a few lines above and below that word into your reply.

Thank you for your reply. Here the picture of the solution information. It doesn't appear anything on the window (no data to display), if you mean just like in the picture i take. Please tell me if i took wrong picture or it's not clear.

Okay, the solver didn't even start. I don't know why, so I hope someone like Erik might have a suggestion.
Is it just this model or is it the case that every model gives this same error?

I try to every model and always error. I was thinking it is because of the application itself, but i dont think i did something wrong when i first installed it. I used explicit dynamics and it works perfectly fine. It is just static structural that cannot work. Should i reinstall?

Yes, if every simple model in Static Structural gives an error, you should try to reinstall.
