error in fluent while volume meshing

  i have attached the image below. i have tried reinstalling the software already. i happens only when i try to generate the volume mesh

  That looks like a mesh settings (ie cell size) problem rather than installation. Can you run through one of the tutorials (click on Help) to confirm you can mesh that?
