Why can I not open Fluent (with Fluent Meshing) from ANSYS Workbench?

I am unable to start the application through Workbench. I tried re-installing the software but the issue persists and the following error is shown.

As a first step, close Fluent Meshing (or any other Ansys product other than Workbench) and try again. Make sure you have 0 gpu and no more than 4 cpu set in parallel.
Can you launch Fluent in standalone mode? If there's no Fluent icon under Start=> Ansys2021 look for fluent.exe in the ANSYS folder.

Thank you for a prompt response Rob I tried again to launch "Fluent (with Fluent Meshing)" and "Fluent" component system in Workbench by following your steps. I had 0 apps running in the background, 0 GPU, and 1 CPU set in parallel. Unfortunately, I experienced the same error in both cases.
I am able to launch Fluent in standalone mode by launching fluent.exe from the ANSYS folder, but I need to use Fluent meshing to use "Fault-Tolerant Meshing" workflow which is not shown in the standalone system. I am required to launch the "Fluent (with Fluent meshing)" component for that. Hence, I'm sorry but that still does not answer my question.
Could you please help me with launching "Fluent (with Fluent meshing)"? Thanks.

If you open Fluent Meshing you can then select the FTM from the tree,
To get Fluent Meshing, make sure you select "Meshing" in the launcher panel.
